Salad Quesadilla: A fresh and easy recipe that you will love!

Hello, hello! The Salad Quesadilla is perfect for those days when you want something quick, but also delicious and light. The best thing is that I give you two versions: the classic synchronous salad or a quesadilla! You choose. Shall we make it?


Salad Quesadilla

Ingredients:

  • 2 corn tortillas

  • Spinach (a handful)

  • 1/2 tomato (sliced)

  • Goat cheese / Manchego / Panela (whichever you like best!)

  • Turkey Ham

  • Olive oil

  • Salt

  • Pepper

  • Balsamic vinegar

  • 1/2 Avocado (thinly sliced)

  • Optional: Hot sauce, to give it a touch 🔥


Version 1: Quesadilla

  1. Heat a corn tortilla and fill it with turkey ham and the cheese of your choice (Manchego, goat or panela).

  2. Place the other tortilla on top and cook until the cheese melts. You know how golden it should be!

  3. Take out your synchronized sauce and add thin slices of avocado.

  4. Top with a handful of fresh spinach.

  5. Cut the tomato into slices and arrange them on top.

  6. Add a splash of olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

  7. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper to taste.

  8. Do you like spicy food? If so, add a little sauce and you're good to go!


Salad Quesadilla

Version 2: Folded Quesadilla

  1. Make yourself a normal quesadilla with cheese (Manchego, goat or panela) and turkey ham.

  2. Now, the special touch: fill it with avocado, spinach and sliced tomatoes.

  3. Before sealing, add a splash of olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt and pepper. All the magic is in those fresh ingredients!

  4. Heat until cheese is melted and the outside is golden brown.
