This salad is the perfect mix of fresh flavors, a touch of sweetness, and best of all, it's packed with antioxidants. Ideal for those days when you want something tasty and healthy without complicating your life. Ready? Let's make it!


Ingredients:

  • 1/4 shredded purple cabbage

  • 1 pomegranate (the crunchy and sweet touch that can't be missed)

  • 1/2 green apple (for a tart contrast)

  • 1 avocado (what makes life creamy!)

  • 30 gr goat cheese (or more, if you love it like we do)

  • Olive oil to taste

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Steps:

  1. Grate the red cabbage and place it as a base in a bowl.

  2. Cut the apple into thin slices and then into thin strips. We want everything to be easy to eat with just a fork.

  3. Seed the pomegranate . If you don't know how to do this without making a mess, try cutting it in half and hitting it with a spoon. The seeds come out like magic!

  4. Cut the avocado into small cubes and add it to your bowl. Avocado is life, so don't go short.

  5. Crumble the goat cheese over everything. The cheese will give it that salty and creamy touch that will balance the flavors.

  6. Now you just have to add a splash of olive oil , salt and pepper to taste. Mix all the ingredients well and... ready!
