Banana Matcha Bites 🍌🌞🍵

This recipe is EVERYTHING, Sugar-free, Gluten-free, vegan. These Banana Matcha Bites are perfect for a mid-day snack or to serve as a healthy dessert. If you are a matcha lover, you are going to love them just like we do. They are our favorite snack!


Banana Matcha Bites

Ingredients (for about 10 bites):

  • 2 bananas 🍌

  • 1/4 cup matcha powder 🍵

  • 3/4 cup oat flour 🌾

  • 1/4 cup coconut milk (no added sugar!) 🥥

  • 2 large tablespoons of almond cream 🥜

  • 50 g 100% cocoa chocolate chips 🍫


Banana Matcha Bites

Steps to follow:

  1. Preheat your oven! 🔥 Heat your oven to 180°C so it's ready to receive those matcha bites.

  2. Mash the bananas. In a bowl, put the two bananas and mash them. Use a fork until they are well mashed.

  3. Add the flour and matcha. Add the oat flour and matcha powder to the bowl with the mashed bananas. The mixture will start to turn that vibrant green!

  4. Add the almond cream. Give a creamy touch to your mixture with 2 large tablespoons of almond cream.

  5. Includes coconut milk. Add the unsweetened coconut milk. Mix everything very well until the consistency is homogeneous and tempting.

  6. Prepare the molds. Place the paper cupcake bases in your mold.

  7. Fill the molds. Put two large spoonfuls of your mixture for each bite.

  8. Don't forget the chocolate chips! Place the chocolate chips over the mixture in each mold. More chocolate, more happiness!

  9. Baking time. Put your molds in the oven and let them bake for 25 minutes. Your kitchen will start to smell delicious and your bites will be ready soon.
